The United States 8th Circuit Court of Appeals cited Lou Lehr's book Premises Liability 3d in support of part of the majority opinion written by Chief Judge Riley in DuPont v. Fred's Stores Of Tennessee, 652 F.3d 878, fn3 (8th Cir. 2011)
